Atifian, there are few restrictions on newbies to create topics everywhere. Soon your Mods will be active and they will open new topics over there then you may post in those Forums.

u can adjust time by urself in edit profile... -19 hours i guess but still it will show diff of 30 minutes..

Yeah you may adjust your time difference with Forums timings... Forums have PST!
